Your order cannot be cancelled or refunded after 24 hours from being placed.
The base cups are ordered within 24-48 hours after orders close, so cancellations and/or refunds are not available after this time period. For send ins (when available), you cannot cancel for a refund after 48 hours of orders being closed but may transfer your send in amount to a future order.
Understanding Potential Imperfections
Even with careful application, factors beyond our control (such as powder behavior and curing conditions) can lead to small flaws or subtle color changes in the finish/logo. We take every precaution to minimize these issues, but some variations or blemishes may only become apparent once the process is complete.
- These imperfections can include:
Small flaws in the finish- small bumps, specks, particulates or texture irregularities that sometimes occur.
- Color Shifts during curing- Slight changes in shade or tone that can happen as the powder melts and sets.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the 24-hour grace period. Each item is handmade with love (and a little chaos), so please be sure to double-check your order before placing it.
If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue on our end, don’t panic—we’ve got you! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue so we can make it right.
Spark & Cinder is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Minor imperfections that do not affect function (these are handmade!)
• Damage caused by improper use or care
